1. Acceptance and scope
By downloading, accessing, or using Live Agro, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Live Agro provides digital tools for marketplace discovery, product listings, buyer and seller communication, rate visibility, lot assessments, and related workflow features.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for the mobile number and account information used to access the service. You must keep OTPs, devices, and account access confidential. You must provide accurate information and promptly correct details that are no longer current. Do not create accounts for another person without permission or use an account you are not authorised to use.
3. Marketplace information
Listings, rates, availability, quality statements, seller details, and other marketplace content are supplied by users or participating businesses. They are provided for information and trade discussion and are not an offer, guarantee, or independent verification by Live Agro. You are responsible for confirming price, quantity, quality, availability, specifications, delivery, and payment terms with the relevant counterparty before taking a trading decision.
4. Seller content and trade records
If you publish a shop, listing, image, rate, or other content, you are responsible for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, current, and not misleading. You must have the right to use any image, logo, contact detail, or information that you provide. Lot assessments and rate calculations are operational records based on the values entered by users; they do not replace a physical inspection, commercial agreement, or independent quality certification.
5. Buyer questions and communications
Buyer queries are intended to help a buyer and seller discuss a listed product. Do not use the feature to send spam, threats, deceptive content, personal data you are not allowed to share, or material unrelated to a legitimate marketplace enquiry.
6. Prohibited conduct
You must not interfere with the service, reverse engineer it except where law permits, upload malicious code, evade access controls, scrape or collect data without permission, impersonate another person or business, infringe intellectual-property rights, manipulate market information, or use Live Agro for unlawful activity.
7. Availability and changes
Live Agro may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature, including during testing, maintenance, security work, or product development. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business use. Users should maintain their own records where a trade decision requires independent documentation.
8. Third-party relationships and transactions
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, Live Agro is not the seller, buyer, broker, warehouse, carrier, payment provider, or quality certifier for a transaction between users. Parties remain responsible for their own contracts, taxes, invoicing, delivery, compliance, payment, disputes, and commercial risk. 9. Intellectual property
Live Agro's software, logo, visual design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
10. Liability and disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Live Agro is not liable for trade losses, market movements, counterparty conduct, inaccurate third-party content, quality variations, delivery failures, or indirect losses arising from use of the service. The final public version of these Terms must specify the relevant legal entity, dispute process, and governing law or venue.
11. Changes and contact
