1. Marketplace status
Live Agro may show product and seller information to help users discover and discuss trade opportunities. A displayed product, rate, stock indication, or enquiry response does not by itself create a binding sale, purchase, delivery, or payment obligation.
2. Order features in the testing build
Where an order-related feature is visible in a test build, it is intended to support workflow testing and seller-buyer coordination. Its availability does not mean that payment collection, delivery, cancellation, or refund processing is active for every product, seller, or user.
3. Before confirming a trade
Buyers and sellers should independently confirm the product specification, rate, quantity, packaging, lot or quality terms, warehouse or delivery location, transport, taxes, payment terms, cancellation conditions, and any applicable documentation. The parties to a trade remain responsible for their own commercial agreement.
4. Cancellation and changes
Until a public commerce policy is launched, cancellation and change requests must be agreed directly between the buyer and the relevant seller or their authorised representative. Live Agro does not currently promise a universal cancellation window, refund method, or delivery guarantee.
5. Returns, refunds, and disputes
Returns, refunds, claims relating to quality, and delivery disputes depend on the terms agreed by the parties and any applicable law. A future production policy must identify whether Live Agro acts as a marketplace facilitator or seller of record, who handles refunds, and how a customer may lodge a complaint.
6. Contact
For feedback about the testing workflow, use the route on the Contact page. For general service rules, see the Terms of Use.
