- Shop and profile information, including shop name, contact details, business address, city, delivery coverage, and seller descriptions.
- Marketplace information, including product listings, item descriptions, prices, images, buyer questions, seller replies, order activity, reviews, and notifications.
- Lot-assessment information, including item, party, broker, warehouse, lot number, quantities, quoted rates, sample weights, quality breakup, calculation results, notes, and optional sample photos.
- Technical and service information required to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the application.
3. Why we process information
We may process information to create and protect accounts, verify access, display marketplace listings, route buyer and seller communications, maintain lot records, deliver requested service features, investigate misuse, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and improve the reliability of the service.
4. Sharing within the marketplace
Some information is visible to other users where that is necessary for the marketplace to work. For example, sellers may receive buyer details connected to a product question or order; buyers may see listing, shop, and contact information a seller chooses to make available. Do not publish another person's information unless you are authorised to do so.
5. Service providers and legal disclosures
Live Agro may use service providers for hosting, database operation, authentication, SMS delivery, file storage, security, analytics, and support. Providers may process information only for the relevant service and subject to appropriate contractual or legal safeguards. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, court order, or a valid government request, or where reasonably necessary to protect users and the service.
6. Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including account administration, marketplace records, dispute handling, security, and legal compliance. Live Agro uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no digital system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your OTP and account access confidential.
7. Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, or raise a privacy concern. Requests should be made through the designated privacy contact published on the Contact page. Identity verification may be required before a request is acted on.
8. Children
The service is intended for business and trade use. Where personal information relating to a child is processed, Live Agro will handle it in accordance with applicable law and required parental or guardian authorisation.
